Sodium Acid Pyro Phosphate is a white crystalline powder with a melting point in excess of 600oC. It should be stored in tightly closed containers in a Room Temperature. Sodium Acid Pyro Phosphate is used as chelating agent or buffering agent in many Food & Industrial applications. It is used to remove Iron stains during processing of leather. It is used as a dispersant in oil well drilling application.
