Disodium Phosphate is a derivative of Phosphoric Acid. Disodium Phosphate is moderately soluble in water. Disodium Phosphate is a white crystalline powder. Disodium Phosphate decomposes at 250oC. It should be stored in tightly closed containers in a Room Temperature. Disodium Phosphate is used in cream of Wheat to quicken cooking time. It is also used in conjunction with Trisodium Phosphate in many steam Boilers. It is also used in Metal Treatment & is a component of Cleaners. It is also used as a Buffer & Emulsifiers in Food application. Disodium Phosphate is also used as a Reagent & Buffer in Analytical Chemistry.
