we are developing the opportunity of supplying fresh, pasteurized, full cream, MILK; we are looking at Cows milk, Sheeps milk, Venison milk. we are going to be using a freezing technology known as ACOUSTIC Freezing, which does not allow the formation of Ice crystals, which can cause problems to MILK when thawed.
