Our flowers are organic and free of chemical. Our butterfly pea flowers were sun dried in closed house for hygiene. You will see that our flower's stems are still in green colour comparing with heater machine. You still can smell our butterfly pea flowers when opening box. Therefore its nutrition would not be destroyed by high temperature as dried in hot oven heater.
