ZJHP/M-DW Pneumatic cryogenic control valve is one of the pneumatic control valve products developed by our company specifically for ultralow temperature conditions.Pneumatic cryogenic control valve has been widely used in the automatic control of industrial processes such as petroleum, chemical industry and metallurgy. Pneumatic cryogenic control valve is especially suitable for the regulation of medium (such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, etc.) at low temperature conditions of -60~-196 °C. To ensure adjustment accuracy, a valve positioner must be used. The ultra-low temperature pneumatic control valve is a deformation product of a single-seat control valve and a double-seat control valve. The difference between the ultra-low temperature pneumatic control valve and the normal temperature control valve is that the long neck type upper valve cover is used to make the packing work at normal temperature. Pneumatic cryogenic control valve is input by the valve positioner to the air pressure of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator to generate thrust. The valve core is driven by the connecting rod. The change of the position of the valve core changes the flow cross-sectional area of the valve to realize the adjustment of the medium flow.
