1. Brief Introduction:
The convolute paper tube making machine is used for producing parallel paper tubes automatically. It consists of paper stand, paper edge grinding device, gluing device (automatic cycle system with diaphragm pump), auto-sprinkler system, paper cutting device, tube forming, tube discharging device. The machine uses Panasonic servo motor for winding tubes and fixing the position of mandrel. And it also uses cylinder to fix the position of every paper sheet before paper sheet is conveyed into tube mandrel groove. This design can guarantee the machine running smoothly and stably, reduce rejected products. The machine is equipped with Siemens PLC, Delta Inverter. The produced tubes are mainly used in metallurgy industry, some tubes are for producing clothes racks and pencils.
