Its an industrial chemical that is used as a raw material and precursor to prepare cyanuric acid bromide, chloride, iodine chloride, bromo chloride, and its cyanurate ester which are used to manufacture , bleaches, paints, herbicides, plastic, nylon, resin, chlorine stabilizer, chlorinating/bromination agents, antioxidants, metal cyanide mitigants and polyester flame retardant.
