Maltitol is made of super-high malt syrup with pure sweet taste, belonging to sugar without sweetener as green food. Maltitol is an ideal food for patients with diabetes and others. Maltitol is made from super-high malt syrup with nickel catalyst by heating, pressurizing, hydrogenating and crystallzing.

Applications
1. Maltitol is hardly broken down in the human body. Therefore, it can be used as a food for patients with diabetes and fat.
2. As maltitol is palatable, moisture-proof and non-crystalline, it can be used in the production of various
candies, including fermentation cotton candy, hard candy, transparent jelly drops, etc.
3. Features of smoothing throat, cleaning teeth and prevents tooth decay for gum pills and chocolate candy.
4. With certain viscosity and hard for fermentation, it can be used as replacement for granulated sugar in suspension fruit
juice drink and lactic acid bevergae to improve palate.
5. It can be used in ice cream to improve refinement and sweetness and extend the shelf life.
