6) Port of Loading: Dar es Salaam/others
7) Total Quantity: 18000mt.
8) Shipments: 100MT for trial order, 1,500MT per shipment after trial order and confirmation.
9) 1000mt per shipment for 12 times.
10)Packing: fastened on pallets by steel bands which can burden weight when lifted by hook and crane during transportation.
11)Destination Port: ASP PRC. China. 1

12)Delivery Terms: Direct Shipment from origin to the seaport designated. No transshipment is allowed.
13)Shipments: 20/25 days after Issuance of the DLC.
14) Inspection: SGS or CCIC or other first Class independent surveyor company inspection at loading port on Sellerâ??s cost, and CIQ inspection at discharge ports burdened by Buyer. The CIQ certificates of quality and quantity at the discharging port shall be final and prevail.
Terms of Payment:
1. Trial Order: By TT, 15% after signing of SPA, 15% against SGS certificate and Bill of Lading, and balance 70% after receiving the full set of Original Shipping Documents as requested in DLC and CIQ Quality certificate and Quantity certificate at discharging port.
2. Main Order: Buyer shall issue an Irrevocable, Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit (abbr. DLC) via MT 700/701 within 7-10 days after the trial order is finished and the main order is confirmed. The DLC shall be payable against the full set of Original Shipping Documents as requested in the DLC and CIQ Quality certificate and Quantity certificate at the discharging port.
