Precautions:
1. Adopt DC reverse connection;
2. When welding, the flow rate of CO2 gas should be 20~25L/min;
3. The dry elongation of the wire should be controlled within the range of 15~25mm;
4. The temperature between the channels is recommended to be kept at around 300 °C;
5. Before welding, the weldment must be cleaned of rust, oil, moisture and other impurities.

  Precautions for use: The wear-resistant solder layer should generally be surfacing 1 layer. Because the number of layers is too much, the surfacing layer becomes brittle due to too high hardness and is easily broken after collision. Due to the high hardness, the welding wire has a cracking sound during the welding, and a small crack occurs, which is a normal phenomenon and does not fall off, and does not affect the service life.

The Tire derived Steel or Tire Wire Scrap is a light melting scrap obtained during the shredding and granulation process of used tires.
Generally 10% - 20% of the weight of an old passenger car tyre usually consists of steel. An average shredding plant produces about 100-200 MT of steel tyre wire and its quality can vary according to technology, storing and management systems adopted by the producing plants.
We can provide tire wire scrap that still contains up to 20% rubber/fiber. This percentage is detected by manual separation test.
The material can be loaded loose in 40 HC container.
