Cassia Cinnamon Stick Our Cinnamon is exclusively imported from a single estate java island, Indonesia. On every part of the mountain, our beautiful cinnamon trees are traditionally and naturally grown without the use of pesticide, and human interference. Every 20 years, cinnamon trees naturally grow in a vast mid-java area and should be ready for harvest. At the same time, our dedicated grower plants the seeds and in six months the seeds produce a plant that is 50-60 centimeters high. At this point, our growers replant the cinnamon sprout in the growth. Next, as the plants produce more seeds, we distribute them to all of our long partnership farmers. Our dedicated farmer peeling the bark at the same location where the tree was chopped down. Sometimes, our farmers stay overnight to do the work. Once the bark is collected, it will be distributed to the warehouse for a sun-dried process. In the warehouse, our team grades the bark, removes sticks, other materials and eventually ties the barks in a bundle. Finally, we cut the sticks and bundle them together for retail ready and pack into a jar based on your choice/preference.
Cassia Cinnamon Powder Cinnamon can quickly lose its organic flavor once it has gone through the ground process unless airtight sealed and stored properly in a cool, dry place. If stored properly, the cinnamon and its fresh aroma can remain vibrant for up to a year. The cinnamon ground has an extremely rich aroma which runs the original taste more than any other grown cinnamon. Indonesian cassia cinnamon's taste is bitter or astringent, citrus, pungent, sweet, and woody. Cinnamon powder is made up of 4 to 6 percent essential oil as it gives the cinnamon its intense, aroma and favorable flavor. In the United States, cinnamon powder is most commonly used versus cinnamon sticks.
Cassia, commonly referred to as Cassia cinnamon, is a type of cinnamon derived from the bark of the Cinnamomum cassia tree. Cassia cinnamon comes from the Cinnamomum cassia tree, primarily cultivated in China, Indonesia, and Vietnam. It is one of the main varieties of cinnamon. Cassia cinnamon has a strong, sweet, and slightly spicy flavour, distinct from the milder and sweeter Ceylon cinnamon. The bark of Cassia cinnamon is thicker and coarser compared to Ceylon cinnamon. It typically forms tight curls when rolled and has a reddish-brown colour.
The Chilean walnuts are worldwide seen as the best quality walnuts (shape, size, taste, color). The total crop in 2022was about 95000 tons. We only buy the Serr and Chandler variety from selected suppliers. High prices and consistent international demand have made almonds an attractive business in Chile. The almond cultivation extends from the Coquimbo region to the Oâ??Higgins region, covering at least 8,545 hectares. Chilean exports of shelled almonds have shown a big increase in the last decade (268%). Almonds require sectors with mild winters and warm springs and summers, without a frost during the flowering stage. The most cultivated almond in Chile is the Non Pareil, which stands out for its smoother skin, higher kernel weight, and easier processing. We can also offer the Carmel variety.

Cardamom is one of the world’s very ancient spices. It is native to the East originating in the forests of the Western Ghats in southern India, where it grows wild. Today it also grows in Sri Lanka, Guatemala, Indo China and Tanzania. The ancient Egyptians chewed cardamom seeds as a tooth cleaner; the Greeks and Romans used it as a perfume. Vikings came upon cardamom about one thousand years ago, in Constantinople, and introduced it into Scandinavia, where it remains popular to this day. Cardamom is an expensive spice, second only to saffron. It is often adulterated and there are many inferior substitutes from cardamom-related plants, such as Siam cardamom, Nepal cardamom, winged Java cardamom, and bastard cardamom. However, it is only Elettaria cardamomum which is the true cardamom. Indian cardamom is known in two main varieties: Malabar cardamom and Mysore cardamom.
Chilean walnuts are grown in a special environment. Due to its natural barriers, Chile is considered a very rich country in terms of plant health. The Andes in the east, the Pacific Ocean in the west, the Atacama desert in the north and Antarctica in the south. All of these barriers protect agriculture from harmful and external diseases. Quality is a priority for the Chilean Walnut Commission. In 2013, the quality standard for shelled walnuts has been initiated. All Chilean walnut producers work with these standards to provide a high quality product to their customers. We offer NEW CROP 2023 Chandler Walnuts in all sizes ranging from 26 to 36. Let me know your requirement and leave rest on us. We provide you on time on line visual processing and packaging of your walnuts so that you are over sure about the quality you are going to receive.
