Excellent complexing and binding power towards alkaline earth and heavy metal ions. Binds metal ions over a broad pH region of 3-12. Does not have de- metalizing effect on dyestuffs. Premium dispersing properties. Acts as a protective colloid in reactive dyeing of cotton. Promotes levelness in reactive dyeing of cotton fabrics.
