Cooked salted duck eggs are duck eggs that have undergone a cooking or ripening process after being soaked in a traditional solution/dough in the form of salt and red bricks, to make them salty.
Then after 14 days of soaking, it is cleaned and strictly quality processed. Then cooked through very hot water vapor (more than 100 degrees Celsius).
