1. Features and material
- 100% handmade Flower Painting,Canvas Oil Painting Art Canvas. We hand paint the paintings from sketch to finish step by step.

- Fine Canvas and environmentally friendly oil paint are used.

- Highly recommended fir wood stretcher bar with figure joints, 3.5 cm / 1.5 inch thick. We can do gallery wrap for you nicely.

- Gallery wraped paintings are packed with transparent shrink bag, a silicon dryer is put in the bag; Hangers are installed properly and four corners are well protected. (We can put your logo on the protective corner if required.)

- MOQ: 1pc.
- Numorous designs are available, from modern to classic. Any images can be custom-made. We can create new paintings according to your thoughts and instructions. Customerí»s privacy is higher protected.

2. For quality
- Artist chief will check every painting so as to ensure the quality is good, after that we will submit photos of the paintings for your preview and approval.

3. About packing and shipping
Shipment is made when painting quality is confirmed by customers.

- Canvas paintings are rolled up carefully and packed in plastic tube so that it is safe for shipping by air express or air cargo. Express such as DHL and UPS needs only 3 work days for delivery.

- Gallery wrapped paintings are shrink packed and put into 5 layers corrugated paper carton box. One each MDF board is fitted to the front and back side of the paintings so that the paintings woní»t get damaged for shipping by sea.

- Framed paintings can be packed by:
Bubble wraping + MDF box
Or:
Bubble wraping + carton wraping + wood crate packing.

4. Payment Terms:
1. 30-50% deposit, balance before shipment.
2. Payment can be transferred by bank, paypal and western union.

5. Production time: 14-25 days depending on order quantity. We always keep our the timeline once we make a promise.

6. Custom making process:
1) You email us the photo to paint, together with instructions of size and sepcial requests if any.

2) We offer price quote for the painting on canvas. You send us deposit payment or full payment, then we start painting.

3) The painting is finished in 2 weeks, after our artist chief checking and confirming the good quality, we will email you a photo of the finished painting for your preview and approval.

4) Balance and feright is received, shipment is made according to your instruction. We offer dropshipping service as well.
