It has the advantages of wide range capacity, high efficiency, better energy saving etc,The wetted parts are designed with the CFD fluid simulating analysis technology to ensure its high-efficiency operation. DT series FGD slurry pump is optimal pump type for transporting gypsum slurry, limestone slurry or other abrasive and corrosive medium in thermal power plants. Corrosion resistant and wear resistant metal and rubber materials for options. The special integrated mechanical seal design is suitable to Thermal Power Plant Fuel Gas Desulphurization process. The bearing at pump end is double-row taper roller bearing, and bearing at drive end is cylindrical roller bearing. The bearings are lubricated with oil to longer the service time. Achieve highest efficiency all the time by adjusting the bearing components to alter the impeller position in pump chamber. The pump can be disassembled without dismantling suction or discharge pipes.

Natural Gypsum: Gypsum (CaSO4.2H2O) is a naturally occurring mineral mined from deposits formed by ancient sea beds as a raw material, white when pure, but commonly grey, yellow, red or brown, owing to impurities. The anhydrous form (CaSO4), anhydrite, is common. We are enlisted amongst the topmost INatural Gypsum Importers and Exporters from India. Applications: Gypsum has many industrial applications in its raw or Calcined forms, especially in the building and construction industries. Most gypsum is calcined and used in the manufacturing of plaster products. Wallboard and plaster requires gypsum contents greater than 85%, although producers prefer a minimum of 94–95% along with whiteness in color. The major consumers of the Gypsum at present are Cement Industry. By weight about 4% to 6% Gypsum in crushed condition is utilized in Portland Cement Manufacture after mixing with cement/clinker. Gypsum acts as a retarder and controls the setting time of cement.
