Coir Fibre - Mix Fibre : The coconut husk is crushed, deeply retted in water before processing. Retted husk is broken down to fine fibre ranging between long & medium lengths which is used for spinning yarn by hand or using traditional ratts or automatic spinning machines. Usage: Rubberized coir Mattress, Automobile upholstery, Coir Pads, Coir cushions, Carpet under lays, Seat Cushions etc. Color : Brown/White Moisture :
Coir fibre is the major product that is extracted from the coconut husk. Coir fibres have a multitude of different applications and they are available in blocks and bales as well. The coir fibres are generally used in the production of ropes, mats and mattresses. The coir fibres that are extracted from the inner layer of the outer part of the coir husk are used in large scale production of the ropes, mattresses and brushes. Coir fibre is also the main product used in manufacturing the geotextiles. Geotextiles have a wide range of uses. But it is mainly used in limiting the soil erosion. Soil erosion has become one of the most prevalent problems of our society. Although there are various methods for limiting it but the erosion can be successfully kept in check by the use of geotextiles. Moreover, the geotextiles are also used in various types of road works and for surrounding the dams.
1. Chopped basalt fiber Basalt fiber is a kind of inorganic fiber material. Chopped basalt fiber is an inorganic mineral fiber with a length of less than 50mm and can be evenly dispersed in cement concrete. 2. Characteristics of chopped basalt fibers (1) The naturalness of raw materials. Because the raw material for producing continuous basalt fiber depends on the natural volcanic extrusive rock, there are no ingredients harmful to human health except that it is inherently high in chemical stability and thermal stability. (2) Comprehensive performance. Basalt fiber is acid resistant and alkali resistant. It is both low temperature and high temperature resistant. It is insulated and insulated by heat and electricity. Its tensile strength is higher than that of large tow carbon fiber. Its elongation at break is even better than that of small tow carbon fibers. It has high compressive strength, shear strength and adaptability to aging, and has good comprehensive properties in harsh environment. (3) Low cost. The price of basalt fiber used in cement concrete is significantly lower than that of steel fiber and polyester fiber. (4) Natural compatibility. Basalt fiber is a typical silicate fiber, which is easy to disperse when mixed with asphalt concrete, cement concrete and mortar. The newly mixed basalt fiber concrete has stable volume, good workability and durability, and has superior high temperature resistance, anti-seepage, crack resistance and impact resistance.
1. Basalt short fiber - a new material to replace steel fiber. Basalt short fiber is an inorganic mineral fiber with a length of less than 50mm, which can be evenly dispersed in cement concrete. 2. Characteristics of basalt short fiber (1) the specific gravity of steel fiber is 7.8 and that of cement concrete is 2.5. After mixing, the specific gravity of steel fiber is higher than that of cement, and the cement will sink and have poor dispersion. The specific gravity of basalt short fiber is 2.6, which is basically equivalent to that of cement concrete. After mixing, it does not sink, has good dispersion, is degradable, and is green. The road surface will not be as hard as steel fiber, resulting in car driving noise.. (2) Basalt staple fiber is a real "multifunctional" fiber. Acid and alkali resistance (especially alkali resistance, fully applicable to cement concrete), low and high temperature resistance, insulation and sound insulation. The tensile strength is three times that of steel fiber. The corrosion resistance of basalt fiber is better than that of steel fiber. The compressive strength is 20% higher than that of steel fiber, which is suitable for harsh environment. It has excellent comprehensive performance. (3) Low cost. The price of basalt fiber used in cement concrete is significantly lower than that of 50% steel fiber. (4) Natural compatibility. Basalt fiber is a typical silicate fiber, which is easy to disperse when mixed with cement concrete and mortar. Fresh basalt fiber concrete has stable volume, good workability and durability, and has excellent high temperature resistance, impermeability, crack resistance and impact resistance.
Various sized pots manufactured with coir fibre and moulded with an organic rubber compound.. Pots will maintain their shape for up six months while plants are growing. The plant can then be planted in the ground with the pot. The pot will decompose over time. Coconut fiber potare made from coconut fiber. As good crop products and environmental protection.

Coconut coir fiber generally has a golden color after cleaning and is hence, often called The Golden Fibe. Mature coir fibers are stronger than most of the other natural fibers such as cotton and flax. The coconut pith is also called peat or coconut dust. It is the material that binds together the coconut fibers in the outer shell of the coconut. Washed pith is a good choice as a growth medium in soil-less conditions for agricultural and horticultural purposes.
Our premium fibrecuts specially less than 10mm designed for multiple utilities like soil amendments, mulching, weed protection , landscaping etc. Compressed into easily breakable blocks of 4.5 kgs Such 5 blocks in a poly bag on packed on pallets Appx 12 tons in a 40HC OR 650-700 kg jumbo bags 14-15 tons in a 40HC

Coconut fiber (coir fiber) Coconut fiber, obtained from unripe coconut, is a natural fiber extracted from the husk of coconut. The coconut is steeped in hot seawater, and subsequently, the fibers are removed from the shell by combing and crushing, the same process as jute fiber. The individual fiber cells are narrow and hollow with thick walls made of cellulose, and each cell is about 1 mm long and 10â??20 ¼m in diameter, as shown in Fig. 2.6. The raw coconut fibers show length varying from 15 to 35 cm and diameter from 50 to 300m. When they are immature and then become hardened and yellowed because a layer of lignin is deposited on their walls. Coconut fiber shows a good stiffness and is used in products such as floor mats, doormats, brushes, mattresses, coarse filling material, and upholstery
