processing accuracy and labor saving. The control system of the loading mechanism is controlled by a microcomputer (PLC programmable
controller), and the cutting system adopts a CNC numerical control
operating system to make the entire control system reliable, simple and high automation.
It is widely used for cutting the building glass, automotive glass, furniture glass, craft glass, decorative glass, cabinet glass, spell mirror glass and so on.

Feature:
Frame was made with international square steel tube and box iron by welding. The key position had been annealing treatment and gantry milling. So the frame has high stability and strength.
Also there are portal frame and three-part construction to assemble the machine.
First piece and second piece are used for loading and transporting glasses, these parts has automatic positioning system to locate glasses.
The gantry was between the third part and second part, it could cutting glasses upper layer and bottom layer then heating and cutting PVB glues(interlayer).
The last part have some functions like pull open glasses and breaking glasses.

USES
Cowslip Creeper flowers are a seasonal ingredient used in Filipino, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, and Indian cuisine. The flowers can be consumed raw, incorporated into salads for added texture, or utilized as an edible garnish to decorate cakes, desserts, and main dishes. In addition to fresh preparations, Cowslip Creeper flowers can withstand cooking and readily absorb accompanying flavors, providing a mild earthiness and subtle crisp consistency to dishes. The flowers can be battered and fried, tossed into soups and curries, or stir-fried with oyster sauce. In Thailand, Cowslip Creeper flowers are popularly boiled and dipped in chile paste.
