Boule is a through and through sawn log. Boules are sold according to the volume of the original log. Boules offer the following advantages towards logs: They do not require large machinery to be converted into components. Boules are shipped pre-dried, thereby offering timber of better quality, a substantial weight reduction and less drying time at destination.
