Grinding Balls are made from high carbon steel bars with the proper alloying elements. Bars are heated to high enough temperatures to make them sufficiently malleable to be cut and formed into nearly perfect spheres. Balls are then heat-treated to provide them the necessary wear and impact resistance properties.

6mm, 8mm, 10mm will be coil, more than 10mm will be straight steel bar. If you need 6mm, 8mm, 10mm make it 6m or 12m, we can make it straight. For the sizes more than 10mm, normal it will be 12m, if you need 6m, we can cut it to 6m.
Our 500 MPa deformed bar is supplied in a range of bar diameters with ribbed profile providing a locking anchorage with surrounding concrete. Diameters over 36mm are available upon special order.

Our blades due to carbon content need to be regularly treated with wax and/or 3 in 1 oil to maintain its superior quality.
