One morning in the first half of this year, shortly after arrived at the company, the owner asked him to come to his office. He realized whether there was a complaint about the hydraulic valve. He saw that the technical director was also in the owner's office. It turned out that the hydraulic check valve installed on the hydraulic pump had leakage in different proportions. These hydraulic pumps were due to ship in 20 days. The owner asked him to purchase the qualified hydraulic check valve in 40 days, because their customer only gave the company a 4-week extension. The technical director informed that according to the on-site detection, about 20% of the hydraulic check valves had leakage. After dissection, it was found that the gap between the valve body hole and the valve spool of these leaking hydraulic check valves was uneven, and some even exceeded 40m. The gap dimensions are quite different. If the samples are qualified, the 30% of quantity that he needs can be delivered in 4 weeks. After 14 days, received the hydraulic check valve samples. There was no leakage after installation and commissioning, and the gap between the valve body hole and the valve spool of each hydraulic check valve could be stable within a range and uniform in size.
