Certified organic avocado oil Australian certified organic avocado oil (persea gratissima). The avocados are grown under bio-dynamic methods without the use of artificial fertilisers or chemicals. The extra virgin oil is cold pressed, filtered and bottled under n2 gas without the use of heat, solvents or additives. Dark green colour is removed (chlorophyll) through a special filtering process to prevent the development of bitter flavours in cooking or frying at high temperatures. Avocado oil, extracted from the fruit, sometimes has a cloudy appearance due to the crystallisation of the low melting point of triglyceride. This should be regarded as a good sign and not a fault as it indicates unrefined oil. (refined avocado oil is always pale yellow and lacks the rich green colour of cold pressed oil). Avocado oil has excellent keeping qualities because of an inbuilt antioxidant system. Avocado contains a high percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids, vitamins a, b, and d and is rich in lecithin. For use in skin applications, it is thought that despite it's viscosity it has the ability to penetrate the upper layers of the skin. Avocado oil is valuable for its effects on dry and wrinkled skin, burns and sunburns
Cold-pressed extraction. Hass avocado, rich in omega 3 and omega 6, and low saturated fat and monounsaturated fatty acid (good) level 72%- 76%. It helps reducing the ldl cholesterol levels preventing vascular and brain diseases. Green dark bottle 250ml or in bulk

Fuerte Avocado The Fuerte avocado is often recognized as the archetypal avocado, green in color, pear-like in shape, and ranging from six to twelve ounces in size. It has smooth, medium-thin skin that peels easily, with dense, pale green flesh. It is marginally oily with a rich, creamy flavor and notes of hazelnut, and it is still considered by many to be the best-tasting avocado. The Fuerte avocado tree is large and spreading, one of the more cold-hardy varieties and the leaves have a strong anise smell when crushed. The fruit set of the tree is irregular, as some trees never seem to have much fruit while others are productive, and it has a tendency to alternate in bearing, producing an adequate crop every other year, depending on the weather at setting time, along with other factors. The name Fuerte, meaning strong or hardy in Spanish, was given to this variety because it survived the great freeze of 1913 in Los Angeles, California. Fuerte Avocados are medium in size, long-shaped fruit with green, leathery, easy-to-peel skin. Eat fresh or make guacamole, as Fuerte have a nice creamy and delicious flavor. Avocado trees are subtropical plants and have large leaves. MOQ: 10 MT Supplied from Colombia, Ecuador, Kenya, Uganda, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Hass Avocado Over the years, the avocado has been called an alligator pear, custard apple, butter pear and vegetable pear. The name alligator pear originated from a the specimen that has a rough skin similar to the hide of our Everglades beast of the swamps. The Hass avocado is a variety of avocados with dark green, bumpy skin. It was first grown and sold by Southern California mail carrier and amateur horticulturist Rudolph Hass, who also gave it his name. Owing to its taste, size, shelf-life, high growing yield, and in some areas, year-round harvesting, the Hass cultivar is the most commercially popular avocado worldwide. MOQ: 10 MT Supplied from Colombia, Ecuador, Kenya, Uganda, Vietnam and Indonesia.
