Stretch film or stretch wrap is a highly stretchable plastic film. We can use them in packaging and shipping by wrapping around items to keep them in place. Besides, the elastic recovery of stretch wrap keeps the items tightly bound. The most common stretch film material is LLDPE (Linear low-density polyethylene) resin. However, some customers want to produce this type of packaging with other types of polyethylene or PVC. The operator can start wrap cycle by remote control allowing the operator to do other tasks. This arrangement eliminates the need for operators to place unwrapped loads on the floor, then pick them up again when the turntable is clear. During the machine auto wrap one palletized load, the operator can get one new unwrapped load, if there is no pallet on turntable, operator can put the new one, then take the wrapped load from the outfeed conveyor to the warehouse.
