Fly ash
Fly is a by product of coal based thermal power station generated by the combustion of pulverized coal. Fly Ash is a fine, grey amorphous powder, rich in silica & alumina and spherical in shape. The properties of Fly Ash may vary widely, both physically and chemically, depending upon the nature of coal, the efficiency of coal combustion process and the selection process. Therefore, it is important that when considering the use of Fly Ash to look no further than a company with the in depth technical knowledge and support to manufacture and supply a high quality product, that company is KRISHNA ENTERPRISES(DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL TRADE). "Our Technology means even Better Quality" : KRISHNA ENTERPRISES(DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL TRADE) only selects Fly Ash that is highly reactive and has water reducing characteristics. Our Fly Ash is amongst the first classified and processed material being made available in India. By classifying and processing, we ensure that a large proportion of our Fly Ash is composed of fine particles, which results in a more controlled and consistent product. Our Fly Ash complies with the stringent International codes of practice such as : BS EN 450 S, ASTM C 618 Class F and IS 3812 Grade 1 Our customers can therefore be assured of the highest standards of quality, process control and product consistency. Fly ash is used: In the production of lightweight concrete. Low-cement concrete is used in the preparation of road bases. Fly ash is also used in slag-silicate concretes, which are used to repair roads, airfields, bridges, as well as in the construction of acid-resistant floors in chemical plants, livestock farms, and metallurgical facilities. In the production of foam concrete, its introduction into the foam concrete mixture increases the aggregate stability of the mixture between the beginning and end of the cement dough setting, which prevents the movement of components and prevents negative effects on the formation of the structure. Fly ash easily replaces cement in the production of mortars, ready-mixed concrete, and finished products. It is used as an additive to cement without reducing its activity, is used in the preparation of concrete for road construction, and as an additive to clay in the manufacture of tiles and bricks. As a component of dry construction mixes: production of dry masonry mixes consisting of cement, sand, fly ash, ICP, and powdered superplasticizer.

Microsphere cenospheres in thermal insulation coating with powder shape from the coal ash, cementing well
The microspheres are a waste material arising in the process of combustion of hard coal. The product is made of spheres with a diameter of 10-800 microns, filled with gas, mostly CO2 and NO2. Sheaths of the spheres are 0.2-3 microns thick, what makes the microspheres have a great volume at a relatively low gravity. Material contains mainly: silicon oxide (SiO2), aluminum oxide (Al2O3), magnesium oxide (MgO), iron trioxide (Fe2O3), potassium oxide (K2O), calcium oxide (CaO) and vestigial admixtures of other metals. F Class Fly ash Use in Making cement, construction, Brick industry. pozoline fly ash.
Class F fly ash is designated in ASTM C 618 and originates from anthracite and bituminous coals. It consists mainly of alumina and silica and has a higher LOI than Class C fly ash. Class F fly ash also has a lower calcium content than Class C fly ash. Replacement When used in portland cement, Class F fly ash can be used as a portland cement replacement ranging from 20-30% of the mass of cementitious material. Advantages When used as a portland cement replacement, Class F fly ash offers the following advantages when compared to unmodified portland cement: Increased late compressive strengths (after 28 days) Increased resistance to alkali silica reaction (ASR) Increased resistance to sulfate attack Less heat generation during hydration Increased pore refinement Decreased permeability Decreased water demand Increased workability Decreased cost ($80/ton for portland cement vs. $30/ton for fly ash).
