Our frozen corns are directly purchased from the farmers, pealed manually and by machine, washed, boiled, and frozen by individual quick frozen systems at -40c. The Frozen Corns are frozen in accordance with good commercial practice and maintained at -40c temperatures for the preservation of the product.
