Precautions during installation of mud shale shaker: 1. During the transportation of drilling fluid shale shaker, the screen box and base must be fixed together, that is, the locking device must be locked in place to prevent the vibration of shale shaker from causing damage to parts during transportation; 2. When transporting the drilling fluid shale shaker, it is strictly prohibited to place other hard weights on the working bed surface of the screen box to avoid damaging the screen surface. 3. During the installation of drilling fluid shale shaker, the base support shall be kept horizontal and firm to prevent movement or vibration during the operation of shale shaker. During placement, an operation channel of 0.6 ~ 1m shall be reserved on both sides of the vibrating screen to facilitate the operation of workers. 4. During the operation of the vibrating screen, the screen liner shall be installed in strict accordance with the manufacturer's regulations or recommendations, and the tightness of the cloth cushion shall be appropriately adjusted according to the manufacturer's requirements to avoid affecting the service life of the screen due to improper tightness.
