HOW IT WORKS
The Machine Mechanism is simplified. The material to be crushed is dropped on top chute & goes through material tube on to center of closed rotor. Material from rotor gets thrown with high centrifugal force as the rotor rotates on high rpm. when this material hits inside the Rock chamber assembly it gets shaped due to impact & depending on inertia of the material cubical shaped products falls freely due to gravity through the bottom chute
The natural way of impact & grinding of Rock on Rock results in shaping the particals like natural sand making it very close natural sand.

Jaw crusher working principle
This jaw crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.

Fixed Crushing-Screening & Sand Washing plant is another type of mining equipment solution that is targeted for hard stone types with sandy physical composition like Riverstone, where sand separates from the stone after the crushing process and neeeded to be washed away. After completion of crushing process, the product is sorted into necessary fractions and the smallest size product is sent to the helix/screw sand washer and after to the final stockpile conveyor belt. The process of washing that begins at the vibrating screen with the use of water pump tubes at each layer, continues at the sand washer, therefore sending both sandy water and sorted product to the helix washer. Depending of initial stone size, jaw crusher can be added at the primary stage. In our case, the stone is smaller than 400 mm, therefore we use secondary impact crusher and vertical shaft impact crusher.

500 tph Jaw Crushing Plant is a fixed type primary stage crushing-screening line. Being the largest jaw crusher model in our manufacture, this crusher has a capacity up to 500 tons per hour and input feeding size ability up to 1-meter stone pieces. Being a special project for our customer, primary stage jaw crusher output conveyor goes 40 meters long with a special holding suspension bridge, making a necessary height for the product to be stocked underneath. Later, this gathered product is sent to the secondary stage by tunnel system vibrating feeder.
