This is a pressurized type tubular solar water heater (sfd type ) with copper coil. Sfd model has a special copper coil heat exchanger in the inner tank. The coil copper pipe can bear 8 bars pressure. The water in the tank is used as the heat transfer medium, rather than using it directly. The obvious advantages are with water supplier, which can supply cold water into the tank automatically; it can be connected with pressurized system. Sfd is suitable for torrid zone and warm areas. 1). Designed to accept mains pressure cold water 2). Copper coil heat exchanger can be used as part of a closed or open loop system, providing heating to a main hot water tank 3). Freezing is of minimal concern for sfd series 4).
