Working principle
Dewatering screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology. The motors coordinate with universal eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrator. When the two motors start to work, the vibrators move reversely at the same time.
The centrifugal forces is generated by the eccentric blocks will superpose themselves and form a single direction vibration. The high frequency vibration drives the screen move back and forth in line repeatedly. So the sand can be dehydrated and filtered.

The concentrated materials are continuously threw up and down on the screen, and the materials are loosen and crashed to the sieve, the small size materials are filtered away from the sieve holes. Finally it reaches the aim of classifying, dehydrating and desliming.

After our testing process, we sort and package by size of the screen (15", 17", 19"-21" Regular, 19"-21" Widescreen & 22" and Larger Widescreen). Our packaging department is able to package the panels in bulk boxes or for additional charges we can use custom packaging if required. We typically sell our loads as mixed size panels, but we are also capable of selling custom loads with select sizes and quantities as inventory becomes available.
