PRODUCT INFO
Ginger is an agricultural commodity which Thailand has the production potential. Mature ginger means rhizome of the harvested ginger at the age between 10-12 months after planting. Underneath the skin, the flesh is firm, fibrous, and ranges in color from yellow to brown. The rhizome is also highly fragrant with a warm, woody scent. When fresh, Ginger is juicy and crunchy with a pungent, spicy, and slightly sweet taste.
Fresh/Dry Ginger is one of the products we trade majorly on our export channel. We maintain a separate warehouse for it in the Northern Nigeria and Apapa, Lagos to ease the export processes.
We always ensure that process gets to the best grade level before executing supply contract locally and internationally.
Within the six months of season, November to April, we have the capacity to supply more than 1000 tons monthly. In addition, we supply fresh (raw) Ginger locally for domestic consumption.
