Product Overview
The 5m Korea Shape Panel SMC Water Tank is a high-performance SMC Water Tank, also known as a GRP Water Tank, FRP water tank, or fiberglass sectional water tank. Manufactured using advanced Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) technology, this modular water storage system is designed for superior strength, hygiene, and long-term durability.
Compared with conventional tanks, the Korea shape panel design enhances mechanical performance and load distribution. This 5m SMC Water Tank is widely recognized in Middle Eastern markets such as UAE and Arabia due to its excellent resistance to high temperatures and harsh environmental conditions. OEM and customization services are fully available to meet different project requirements.

Structure & Working Principle
The 5m SMC Water Tank adopts a sectional panel structure assembled with high-strength bolts and food-grade sealing materials. Each panel is compression-molded under high temperature and pressure, ensuring consistent density and structural integrity.
The tank structure includes wall panels, bottom panels, roof panels, manhole covers, internal reinforcements, and connection flanges. The Korea shape panel improves rigidity and reduces deformation under water pressure. Internal bracing systems distribute stress evenly, while anti-leak sealing ensures water tightness. This modular design allows flexible assembly and easy transportation.
1. Panels (Bottom panel, wall panel, roof panel and manhole)
2. Internal parts (Internal ladder, tiepiece rod, support, flanges and rubber). The material can be galvanized steel, stainless steel or fiberglass.
3. External parts (External ladder, angle iron, bolts and nuts). The material can be galvanized steel and stainless steel.
4. C/U-steel base (surface treatment can be painted, hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel). Customization is available.
Roof Panel is Flat, will not store water on the top and leak into tank.

Molded fiberglass (FRP) grating is corrosion resistant in the most demanding environments. Manufactured by combining thermoset resin with continuous fiberglass roving in a precision mold, the continuous fiberglass roving is completely covered with a high percentage of resin, 65% by volume, during the molded manufacturing process. Due to the high resin content, molded gratings are some of the most chemically resistant gratings on the market and can often be used in aggressive chemical environments without hesitation.
