Bitumen is widely used in the construction of asphalt roads and bituminous membrane products. Bitumen is commonly used to build highways, motorways and rail networks. Bitumen has excellent water-proofing properties and is widely used for making roofing products along with a range of other household and industrial applications, from emulsion paints to sound-proofing. Penetration Bitumen and Bitumen Emulsions are used for the construction of railway tracks and by using special types of bitumen such as Polymer Modified Bitumen, the vibration and noise levels are reduced due to a dampening effect. Bitumen has been proven to be effective on both high-speed railway tracks and heavy load railway tracks. Bitumen is also used for surfacing airfield runways and air strips (PMB is preffered due to its fuel resistant properties) and taxi ways. For the Marine construction industry bitumen is used for hydraulic applications such as canal lining, underwater tunnels, river bank protection, dam construction and sea defences. About THE Product :
Blast furnace slag is used in the production of cement (iron Portland and blast furnace cement).
Air-cooled blast furnace slag is formed by allowing the molten slag to cool relatively slowly under ambient conditions; final cooling can be accelerated with a water spray. The cooled material is hard and dense, although it can have a vesicular texture with closed pores. After crushing and screening, air-cooled slag can be used in several applications.
Granulated slag is formed by quenching molten slag in water to form sand-sized particles of glass. The disordered structure of this glass gives the material moderate hydraulic cementitious properties when very finely ground into granulated blast furnace slag, but if it can access free lime, the granulated blast furnace slag develops strong hydraulic cementitious properties.
Pelletized or expanded slag is cooled through a water jet, which leads to rapid steam generation and the development of innumerable vesicles within the slag. The vesicular texture reduces the overall density of the slag and allows for good mechanical binding with hydraulic cement paste.
Blast Furance Slag is a nonmetallic co-product which is produced in the process of iron manufacturing, Granulated Blast Furnace Slag is a glassy granular material formed when molten blast furnace slag is rapidly cooled by direct water.
Rapid cooling prohibits the formation of crystals and forms glassy, non-metallic, silicates and alumino silicates of calcium.

FH products are Pure nonionic derived the endosperm of guar polysaccharide (Cyamopsos tetragonolobus). PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY:
FH series of products are compatible with most of the chemicals and auxiliaries used in drilling operations. However, the products are not compatible with Arabic and Crystal gums. Also, in presence of borates they form elastic gel.
PRODUCT APPLICATIONS:
FH series of products are natural, high viscosity, fast hydrating non-Newtonian hydrocolloids with suitable cross linking components in diesel slurries and are versatile for continuous mix applications, where extremely fast hydration and subsequent viscosity development is required. They are excellent viscosifiers, stabilizers, thickeners and suspending agent for use in oil-drilling, workover fluids and several other oilfield applications like hydraulic fracturing, oil well stimulation, mud drilling, oil well capping, flocculent and liquid shoring etc. The product is used as a surfactant; synthetic polymer and deformer ideally suited for all rheological requirements of water based and brine based drilling fluids.
