FULL PROCEDURE FOR DELIVERY TO ANY SAFE WORLD PORT
1. Seller issues SPA while the Buyer signs and returns with international passport, company registration certificate, CIS, ATB/NOR/ETA Format and Shipping Agent info. Seller sends his company's registration certificate and international passport
2a. BANKING PROCESS: Buyer s prime Bank issue Pre-Advice via MT799 stating RWA to issue SBLC.
2b. Seller's nominated bank responds and issues NON-OPERATIVE 2% performance bond to buyer's bank.
3 Buyers bank issues genuine SBLC via MT760 for full cargo valid for duration of the contract (366 days) while seller confirms the SBLC and pays 2% as bond to buyer
4. Seller charter & loads exclusive vessels, issues full set of vessel documents to the Buyer in the name of Buyer as the Consignee of record and authorizes Vessel Captain to move vessel to Buyers port of discharge with periodic NOR/ETA to the Buyer and Buyers Discharge Harbor/Tank Agent.
5. At the Buyers discharge port, Buyer clears the vessel and pay port & custom charges while the Captain Issues Authority To Board (ATB) to enable Buyer independent inspectors to perform Q/Q at mutually agreed location.
6. Upon successful conclusion of Q/Q analysis, inspectors release report to both parties while Seller Issue Commercial Invoice to the Buyer with exact Q/Q report figures.
7. Buyer releases full payment for cargo to Seller's nominated bank within 72 hours after inspection against Q/Q Report, Commercial Invoice and original Cargo Documents by MT-103 (cash wire).
8. Seller confirms payment & authorizes Captain to discharge cargo into Buyer s storage tank.
9. Seller pays commission to all agents involved in the transaction per the contract.
10. Seller commence subsequent shipments on simple DIP/CI/PAY basis at Buyer Port of Discharge.

3. Vessel arrives GHANA WATERS for Q & Q, and Vessel Master MAKES ANNOUNCEMENT TO BUYER. Buyerâ??s Shipping Agent clears the VESSEL INTO 10-12NM Tema, GHANA Waters. Captain issues MATB to Buyer, and Buyer boards his Supercargo and Inspector on the LOADED vessel at his own COST.
4. After successful Q & Q, BUYER PAYS TWO MILLION US DOLLARS (USD2M) CASH TO SELLER'S ACCOUNT, FOR LOGISTICS AND DOCUMENTATION IN BUYER'S NAME, within TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS, AFTER Q AND Q RESULT.
5. BUYERâ??S BANK SWIFT A DIVISIBLE, TRANSFERABLE, ASSIGNABLE, IRREVOCABLE, CASH-BACKED MT103 TO SELLERâ??S ACCOUNT FOR THE TOTAL CARGO COST, LESS THE TWO MILLION US DOLLARS ( USD2M) EARLIER PAID BY THE BUYER TO THE SELLER, FOR THE LOGISTICS AND DOCUMENTATION IN BUYER'S NAME.
6. Seller GIVES soft copies OF CARGO DOCUMENTS to the Buyer.
7. Seller introduces BUYER TO Vessel Owners/Operators/Agents for re-chartering of the vessel by Buyer.
8. Payments are then made for the total cargo COST, less the TWO MILLION US DOLLARS (USD2M) EARLIER PAID TO THE SELLER, AND all commissions by Swift Wire or TT Transfer directly to Sellerâ??s nominated bank account. Commissions are also paid simultaneously to the Agents/FACILITATORSâ?? accounts.
9. Seller and AGENTS/FACILITATORS confirm payments, and Seller gives Buyer original of all loading documents, and allows vessel to sail to Buyer's final Port Of Discharge

PROCEDURE FOR TAKE OVER (TTO) GHANA WATERS.
Discount: $11/$4
1) Seller issues Contract.
2) Buyer and Seller sign / seal this contract Agreement and buyer return with Copy of ATB / NOR Format which includes buyers name, inspection company name, shipping agent details, super cargo name and ID, all emails included, harbor master name, phone number, tug boat name, radio channel, color and flag.
3) Upon confirmation of Buyer's high court indemnity and international passport seller instruct loaded vessel to issue
NOR/ETA after Sellerâ??s BG is been confirmed by the NNPc terminal to Buyer's harbor master, and sail to 10/12 nautical mile Tema Ghana.
4) Upon arrival at 10/12 nautical mile Tema Ghana, vessel captain makes announcement to Port authority in favor of Buyer and issue Matb to board Buyer's super cargo and inspection team.
5) Within 24 hours, Buyer's shipping agent processes clearance and board inspection team on loaded vessel at Buyer's expenses. Inspector disembarks from loaded cargo with samples for Q &Q, while supercargo remains on board until final tanker take over.
On completion of boarding, attestation and collection of samples for Q&Q by inspector, Buyer releases USD 1,000,000 for logistics and documentations.
6) Final Payment is made by Swift Wire Transfer via Swift MT103 (less USD1, 000,000) within 72hrs through Sellerâ??s commercial invoice presented after Q & Q is ascertained by buyerâ??s inspection agents and presentation of the original shipping documents to the buyer.
7) Seller introduces Buyer to vessel owner for re-chartering to enable Buyer re-chatter vessel to enable vessel sail to Buyerâ??s pod.
These are the specs and the procedure plus the price $11/4. No instrument or bank Guarantee required only pay $1M USD for Logistics after inspection DIP and pay and we (RAINBIRD MODRAN PROJACTS) will charge a $2 with each Barrel for our Office commission from Buyer side.
