About active carbon 0.2-10.00mm Activated Carbon Granules (also known as Activated Carbon) filter out any harmful chemicals, heavy metals, mold, fungi that you don't want in your soil for your plants. Add it just above the drainage layer or mix it with plant soil to filter. Activated carbon is also great for drinking water filtration, swimming pool, aquarium. They are available in convenient and resealable 250 ml bags. Fights mold, fungus and harmful bacteria. Odor prevention 100x larger surface compared to charcoal One of the main benefits is the reduction of unpleasant odors, which works well for plants and aquariums. Benefits of activated carbon By adding activated carbon to the soil, you protect the root system from possible pests and mold. While it doesn't provide 100% protection, it does provide an extra security barrier. It also creates a more grainy and airy soil structure, preventing excessive soil moisture. The benefits of activated carbon for plants In the garden we add activated carbon to both the soil mix and the drainage layer so water is retained by the activated carbon in each 'cycle' maximizing its effect the mold reduction is amazing. activated carbon accumulates and retains water creates microflora in the soil by collecting water, fertilizers and nutrient for plants in its pores, prevents plants from dying during drought. Used with liquid fertilizer, it supplements nitrogen and minerals needed for proper plant growth. What makes charcoal "active"? By subjecting the wood to carbonization and the action of high temperatures and steam, the pores expand, creating many small porous "air pockets". These pockets form the basis of the activated carbon's adsorption potential, making it approximately 100 times more effective (larger surface area) than regular charcoal. price is given for 1 liter
Laxmi Power Solutions Product Description: Lps Gi 76 Mm Dia Pipe Type Earthing System This advance Pipe in Pipe maintenance free earthing system is supplied in two folds:- 1. The Earth Electrode has pipe in pipe technology concept that involves two low carbon mild steel pipes one inserted inside the other. Both the pipes are subjected to anti rust coating of 100 microns. The pipes are of Indian Specification 1239 medium class as prescribed by earthing manual of Indian Standard 3043. The empty space inside the electrode is filled with high conductive crystalline mixture specially formulated and developed to create a minimum resistive path within the electrode. 2. Ground improving material is a back fill compound that is mixed in the soil around the earth electrode within the sphere of influence of the electrode to increase the effectiveness of the earthing system. The compound being hydroscopic in nature therefore it maintains the moisture level continuously during seasonal imbalances. The compound is also very conductive hence eliminates the use of salt and charcoal and maintains the conductive nature of soil and the compound is also very swelling in nature thus it eliminates air pockets in the soil and increases the contact area with the electrode. About Black Salt Kala namak is a rock salt that has a strong, sulphurous smell. It is also known as Himalayan black salt, Sulemani namak, bit lobon, kala noon, or pada loon and manufactured from the salts mined in the regions surrounding the Himalayas. The condiment is composed largely of sodium chloride with several other components lending the salt its colour and smell. The smell is mainly due to its sulfur content. Because of the presence of Greigite in the mineral, it forms brownish pink to dark violet translucent crystals when whole. When ground into a powder, its color ranges from purple to pink. Production he raw material for producing kala namak was originally obtained from natural halite from mines in India, Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh in certain locations of the Himalayas salt ranges,[3][4] or from salt harvested from the North Indian salt lakes of Sambhar Salt Lake or Didwana and the Mustang District of Nepal.[5] Traditionally, the salt was transformed from its relatively colourless raw natural forms into the dark coloured commercially sold kala namak through a reductive chemical process that transforms some of the naturally occurring sodium sulfate of the raw salt into pungent hydrogen sulfide and sodium sulfide.[6] This involves firing the raw salts in a kiln or furnace for 24 hours while sealed in a ceramic jar with charcoal along with small quantities of harad seeds, amla, bahera, babul bark, or natron.[5][6] The fired salt melts, the chemical reaction occurs, and the salt is then cooled, stored, and aged prior to sale.[7][3] Kala namak is prepared in this manner in northern India with production concentrated in Hisar district, Haryana.[6] The salt crystals appear black and are usually ground to a fine powder that is pink.
