Penetration Grade Bitumen is a standard bitumen usually used as a Paving Grade Bitumen essential for road construction and the production of asphalt pavements with superior properties, and it's very important once it bounds the aggregates and creates a unique cohesion and stability to the bituminous mix. This grade of Bitumen is mainly used in the manufacture of hot mix asphalt for bases and wearing courses. Grades of penetration bitumen: The most popular grades are; grades 40/50, 60/70, 80/100, 85/100, and 100/120. We are also capable of producing other grades of Penetration Bitumen upon request by our customers.
Cutback Bitumen is made by reducing the viscosity of and ordinary bitumen by adding mostly petroleum-type solvent. Cutback Bitumen is used because its viscosity is lower than that of neat asphalt and can thus be used in low-temperature applications. Cutbacks are divided into three classification: Slow Curing (SC) SC-70 SC-250 SC-800 SC-3000, Medium Curing (MC) MC-30 MC-70 MC-250 MC-800 MC-3000, Rapid Curing (RC) RC-70 RC-250 RC-800 RC-3000. Laira Group offers high quality and reasonable prices, due to several years of experience in delivering Bitumen products, the Laira sales team is dedicated and understands your requirements.
Bitumen emulsion consists of three basic ingredients: bitumen, water, and an emulsifying agent. Based on specifications it may contain other additives, such as stabilizers, coating improvers, anti-strips, or break control agents. It is well known that water and asphalt will not mix, except under carefully controlled conditions using highly specialized equipment and chemical additives. Bitumen emulsions are divided into three categories in terms of setting: 1. Rapid-setting (RS) 2. Medium-setting (MS) 3. Slow-setting (SS)

Bitumen grade 70/60 is a grade of standard penetrating bitumen and is one of the most widely used bitumen types in the world. This type of bitumen is used as a material for paving roads. This exported bitumen is known as medium-grade bitumen for road construction and asphalt pavement production with superior properties and is used for construction projects. This grade of bitumen is mainly used in making hot asphalt as a mixture of bitumen and stone materials. The degree of bitumen 70/60 is determined by the penetration test and softening in a certain period of time. As you have noticed, the penetration degree is determined by the penetration test. Only performance parameters such as adhesion, rheology, durability and tolerance of a certain temperature can determine bitumen grading.
Bitumen Penetration Grade 80/100 is a standard penetration grade Bitumen usually used as a Paving Grade Bitumen suitable for road construction and for the production of asphalt pavements with superior properties. This grade of Bitumen is mainly used in the manufacture of hot mix asphalt for bases and wearing courses. Penetration Grade Bitumen supplied by ASI GLOBAL TRADE is petroleum grade bitumen, manufactured from fractional / vacuum distillation of crude oil. The Bitumen supplied by ASI GLOBAL TRADE is produced from vacuum residue (short residue) feedstock. Penetration Grade bitumens are specified by the penetration and softening point test. Designation is by penetration range only. The penetration grade bitumens have a thermoplastic property which causes the material to soften at high temperatures and to harden at lower temperatures. This unique temperature/ viscosity relationship is important when determining the performance parameters such as the adhesion, rheology, durability and application temperatures of bitumen. Oxidized Bitumen is a type of Bitumen that obtains from blowing air to the Pure VB (vacuum bottom) Bitumen. Oxidized Bitumen has a lower penetration point and more softening point in comparison to VB. Based on its softening point and penetration points, it classifies into three types of low, medium and hard Oxidized Bitumen. Oxidized Bitumen is well known by other names also as Blown Bitumen, Hard Bitumen, Blown Asphalt, and Oxidized Asphalt. Process of Production of Oxidized Bitumen by Air Blowing

Gilsonite or Natural Bitumen by Monamorco is also known as Natural Asphalt, Asphalting, and is soluble in petroleum asphalt solvents. Gilsonite is used in the hardening of oil products and it is easily converted to powder form.Gilsonite Natural Asphalt , Natural Bitumen , Hard Asphalt or Hard Asphaltum is used as a performance-enhancing agent for asphalt mixes. Gilsonite-modified paving mixes achieve higher PG grades and incorporate perfectly into the asphalt blend with no need for high shear milling as is the case with many other modifiers.

The quality of bitumen 60/70 depends on its physical properties and specifications. Apart from penetration test, there are a number of test that are used for specifying bitumen 60/70 including viscosity, softening point, ductility, loss on heating, and flash point. Some of these items are more important for suppliers of bitumen 60/60 and their customers. These are softening point and flashpoint. According to ASTM D36 method, the softening point of bitumen 60/70 is between 49 to 56 °C and the flash point of bitumen 60/70 is 250 °C. Note : Cross stuffing charged & SBL charges extra
Oxidized bitumen is a specially treated bitumen with exceptional properties, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications. It is produced by air-blowing bitumen, resulting in a highly durable and weather-resistant material. This oxidation process enhances its softening point, viscosity, ductility, durability, and overall performance. Oxidized bitumen is used in the construction industry, as well as for various industrial applications such as Road Construction, Asphalt Coating.
Oxidized Bitumen is a semi-solid grade of this bitumen type. oxidized bitumen is produced by blowing hot air through penetration bitumen. This grade is formed at such a high temperature that leads to an increase in the penetration index of the bitumen. This grade of bitumen is made by pure bitumen aeration, which leads to the oxidation of bitumen with hot air. for the best price contact us Email: Alex@pub-ltd.com
