Coir logs or Cocologs are non-woven, made from coir fibre bunches under pressed condition in tubular enclosures of coir mesh netting. They are mainly used for vulnerable streams, rivers or Lake Bank. For high embankment areas with a variable water level, several Cocolog can be applied as stack. -Helps in stabilization and revegetation of sites which are instable due to waves, current or steepness. -Promote plant growth and microbial activity -As made from 100% biodegradable organic material, they are eco-friendly and provide a physically stable substrate for root growth. -Provide a filtration system and are non-toxic to the s oil. Coco bristle is the longest and strongest variety of coconut fiber. It is made from naturally retted husks and processed using a defibering machine. This fiber is used for the finest and most high-end applications of coir fiber due to its length, strength and the ease of combing them into uniform ties. It is also waterproof, not easily damaged, resistant to moths and mold, not easy to rot, durable, and its also easy to clean. Coco Bristle has many uses, one of which is used as a raw material for making brushes, floor brooms and other cleaning materials. It is also can be used as planting medium for orchid. Therefore, Coco Bristle is in great demand in local and global markets. Usage : Broom and brush manufacturing Industrial cleaning applications Planting Medium

Coir pith is used as combustible fuel in boilers in some countries as the colorific of coir pith is high. Also it is used as an organic fertilizer in horiculture and floriculture as a soil conditioner and substitute for soil. Its water retaining capacity and compressibility besides light weight are the main characteristics which make it wide applicable. Coir pith block is specially designed for commercial nurseries and greenhouses. This soil conditioner is suitable for all types of garden plants, lawns, flowers, orchids, bonsais and vegetables in pots or on the ground. As per buyer requirement
Coir products Dhanam international is one of the leading exporters of coir pith blocks & coir products from south india. Coir pith is sourced from de-fibring units in south india and only good sources of coir are selected to make the blocks. The coir pith is cleaned and sieved before it is briquetted into a 650 gms or a 5 kg block.
Coir pith block The blocks are free from weeds and pathogens and are within safe ec and ph standards. Usage of coir pith blocks ensures high oxygen levels and thus good drainage properties. They reduce the dormancy period of seeds and promotes early sporting in almost all flowering plants and vegetable crops. It can be used as a substitute for peat moss, for horticultural purposes and it can also be used for green houses, commercial and domestic gardens. As ur requirment
Coir pith also known as Coco peat (coco peat). Coir fibre pith, coir dust, or simply coir is made from coconut husks, which are by products of other industries that use coconuts. Coco peat primarily consists of the coir fiber pith or coir dust, which is obtained by processing coconut husk and removing the long fibers. The coir pith, which is obtained, can hold large quantities of water, just like a sponge. Coco peat is also known as Coir pith, Coir fiber pith. It is made from Coconut husk. We offer various range of Coco peat blocks. Our factory is equipped with 5 kg block making machine and 650 grams block making machine. We can produce good quality Coco peat blocks with the well equipped machineries. Coco sheet is from a coconut fiber that has been processed with machine to produce a sheet with a thickness of 1-3 cm or more, a length of 25-50 meters, and a width of 1-2 meters. Semi-finished items that can be shipped to several countries for further processing into high-value goods are among them. Our cocosheet specification Color Golden Brown Thickness 1-3 cm Length 20 50 m Width 1-2 m
Compressed Coco Peat Blocks: Coco peat is used as a soil additive. Due to low levels of nutrients in its composition, coco peat is usually not the sole component in the medium used to grow plants. Coco peat primarily consists of the coir fiber pith or coir dust which is obtained by processing coconut husk and removing the long fibers. The coco peat which is obtained can hold large quantities of water, just like a sponge. It is used as a replacement for traditional peat in soil mixtures, or, as a soil-less substrate for plant cultivation. Usually shipped in the form of compressed bales, briquettes, slabs or discs, the end user usually expands and aerates the compressed coco peat by the addition of water. A single kilogram of coco peat will expand to 15 litres of moist coco peat.
Geo logs of 40 cm x 40 cm rectangular dimension with machine or hand woven nets, with the possibility of make other sections with different lengths. Ideally used for; River banks and lake fronts Wetland erosion Steep batters and sand dunes Straw bale alternative Swail drains Building sites
These rolls are made out of 100% Coir fiber, stuffed into a handknotted net bag. The density of the roll depends on the diameter of the roll and the weight of the stuffed fiber. The durability of the roll depends largely on the hand knotted geo net cover. Due to its heavy nature, and its flexible character, the rolls can be installed very easily along almost any soil gradient, to prevent soil erosion and sedimentation. The Coir fibers in the geo log absorb 180% of its own weight in moisture. It is also slow in the bio-degradation process, and finally it helps in the creation of a micro-environment for a healthy vegetative growth. It can also be used as a vegetative log to enhance and improve stability, and to facilitate vegetation, which eventually contributes towards long term prevention of erosion. Geo-logs can be used for the prevention of erosion, against wind, wave erosions of shore lines of river and stream embankments (water fronts). These logs absorb and reduce the effective forces created by waves and wind. For various flow conditions such as the height of flow of water, high velocity and high intermittent flow in channels, stream or river banks, a combination of a number of geo rolls with geo nets or blankets can be designed to provide a very stable series of efficient walls or earth retention and erosion and sediment control structures.
Coir blankets can cover large areas of streams, river embankments or shorelines, with wetland vegetation grown in it, quickly helping negate erosion in areas with tidal variation, detention basins or wetlands. These blankets are grown in nurseries prior to installation and are therefore conducive for the plants. Sediment collections around roots of plants provide for healthy plant growth. After sometime these blankets get covered with sediment and soil from the wave action and get fully covered with soil. One interesting aspect of this vegetative blanket is that the roots of the plants generally grow very fast, and fix itself to the earth quickly, whereby the relative displacement of the blanket is arrested. These blankets do not float in the medium of water.
Coir pots are made of biodegradable coconut fibers molded with an organic rubber lining. These coir pots will maintain their original shape for nearly 6-months while plants continue to grow in them, after which the plant with the pot can both be transferred to the ground, and the pot will decompose with time. Coir pots come in various sizes and a comfortable range of designs to suit any garden space. Coir pots are an ideal eco friendly solution because they do not obstruct irrigation and rainfall and they also do not prevent soil ventilation
