Nicholas is from an Italian hydraulic company. Last year, a batch of hydraulic equipment needed to use the hydraulic check valve urgently. Due to tight time, Nicholas purchased in Italy. After installing the local hydraulic check valve, the equipment commissioning was normal, but 3 months later, some users complained that the pressure of the power unit was insufficient. It was found that the hydraulic check valve was stuck on site, resulting in weak pressure supply of the system. Nicholas contacted the original hydraulic check valve supplier and the supplier replied that the jamming was caused by unclean hydraulic oil. The on-site personnel found that the hydraulic oil was polluted, so they could only disassemble and clean the stuck hydraulic check valve. After replacing the hydraulic oil of the whole system, the equipment returned to normal.
