Fly ash is a by-product produced while burning finely ground coal in a boiler to produce electricity. It is removed from the plant exhaust gases primarily by electrostatic precipitators or baghouses and secondarily by scrubber systems. Physically, fly ash is a very fine, powdery material, composed mostly of silica. Nearly all particles are spherical in shape. Fly ash is a pozzolan, a siliceous material which in the presence of water will react with calcium hydroxide at ordinary temperatures to produce cementitious compounds. SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and occasionally CaO are the main chemical components present in fly ashes. Fly ash significantly improves concrete performance in different ways and also provides many benefits in cement and non-cement applications. Fly Ash colour can vary from grey and dark grey, yellowish tan and light to brownish. ADVANTAGES OF FLY ASH IN CONCRETE Fly Ash is a Pozzolan Improves concrete workability and lowers water demand Sulfate and Alkali Aggregate Resistancet Rise in compressive strength over time Environment friendly CEMENTATION Fly Ash is optimized for its fineness while reducing the water demand and improving the chemical compositions to maximise its benefits when used in concrete. Fly-ash can also be used as an add-on to concrete mixture with pozzolanic and/or latent hydraulic properties. We at CEMENTATION selectively collect fly ash and subject to rigorous testing, further refines these collected materials to produce quality fly ash products meeting the needs of our customers.
Features Of Fly Ash Fly ash, also known as flue-ash is a residue which is generated during combustion and consists of fine particles. There are impurities in coal which mostly consist of clays, limestone and dolomite particles. These turn up into ash as they cannot be completely burned. Fly ash is useful in a number of ways and is one of the most researched upon mineral source. It is mainly a pozzolanic substance which contains aluminum and silicon material which in return due to the presence of water can take form of cement. A lot of research and development initiative have been taken place across the globe to build and develop technologies that can utilize the full potential of fly ash. Royal Mineral takes care to ensure flawless production stages.
Sodium Carbonate or Soda Ash It is used to manufacture a variety of glass products such as container glass for packaging, float glass for buildings and automobiles, fiber glass for insulation, etc. in Soap and Detergent It is used as a filler, pH adjuster, agglomerate aid, and water softener to manufacture soaps and detergents. It is also used to prepare sodium silicate, in photograph development process as a pH regulator, swimming pools to neutralize the excess chlorine, brick industry as a wetting agent, processing non- ferrous metals, etc.

Soda ash Sodium carbonate in scientific name, soda soda in common name, stone alkali, washing alkali, chemical formula Na2CO3, belonging to In salts, sodium carbonate containing ten crystal water is colorless crystal, crystal water is unstable, easy to weathering, It becomes a white powder Na2CO3, a strong electrolyte, with salt connectivity and thermal stability, easily soluble water, its aqueous solution is basic.
Light / Dense Soda Ash Sodium Carbonate (Na2CO3), commonly known as Soda Ash, may well have been the third "industrial chemical" used by man; perhaps employed sometime after salt (NaCl) and lime (CaO). Soda ash, also known as sodium carbonate, is a versatile chemical compound with various industrial applications. It is primarily used in the production of glass, detergents, and various chemicals. Soda ash plays a crucial role in lowering the melting point of silica in glass manufacturing, making it an essential ingredient in the glass industry. Additionally, it is a key component in the formulation of laundry and dishwashing detergents, aiding in the removal of grease and stains. Its alkaline properties also make it valuable in water treatment processes and as a pH regulator in various chemical processes. Overall, soda ash is a fundamental chemical compound with wide-ranging uses in both consumer and industrial products.
True specific gravity 2.533 (20°C), bulk density 0.90min. Easily soluble in water, Maximum solubility at 35.4°C. The aqueous solution appears strong alkalinity. On exposure to air it easily absorbs moisture, carbon dioxide, and gradually forms sodium bicarbonate (caking soda). Usage: 1.The manufacture of glass is one of the most important uses of sodium carbonate. When it is combined with silica (SiO2) and calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and heated to very high temperatures, then cooled very rapidly, glass is produced. This type of glass is known as soda lime glass. 2. Soda ash also is used to clean the air and soften water. 3. Manufacture of Caustic Soda and dyestuffs 4. metallurgy (processing of steel and extraction of iron etc), 5. (flat glass, sanitary pottery) 6. national defense (TNT manufacturing, 60% gelatin-type dynamite ) and some other aspects, such as rock oil refining, paper manufacturing, paint, salt refining, softening of hard water, soap, medicine , food and so on.
Soda Ash Light is also called Sodium Carbonate or Soda Carbonate. Applications: Production of detergents, chemicals, soaps, textile, pulp & paper, other sodium compounds and for casting industry, oil refineries , water treatment plant.
Soda ash dense is the grade preferred for glass manufacture because its granular properties make it widely dust-free and reduce the risks of segregation during transport and handling. Sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) is used in the glass and silicate industries and also in metallurgy for its sodium oxide content (Na2O) and for its properties as a flux. It is also widely used as an alkaline reagent for the neutralization of acids and mineral or organic acid salts. Usage: Mainly used in the glass manufacturing and crystal production industries as a melting aid. Packing: 50kg bags, 1200kg jumbo bags.
