Product Introduction
Model Y5-48 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is designed for industrial boiler (1~20T/h) which burns all kinds of coal and is equipped with dust removal device.It is suitable for anywhere with appropriate intake condition and corresponding performance,but the maximum temperature should not exceed 250ºC.
In front of induced draft fan,it must set a dust elimination device to reduce the dust content of the smoke gas into the fan.According to the general usage of power plant,the dust elimination efficiency is not less than 85%.
In consideration of economy of the fan, triangle belt(C type)transmission is adopted,which can not only meet the requirement of the same tonnage boiler configuration of all kinds of dust remover with different rotating speed of one machine number, but also reduce the fan series and machine number.And It is convenient for user according to the actual situation, to choose different rotating speed to obtain the required and more ideal flow as well as pressure.
Y5-47 series fan has a lower noise compared with previous Y5-47 because of a series of improvements, in order to meet the requirement of supporting boiler, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D, 10D, 11D, 12D, 12.4D these eight models were newly added. They are suitable for various burning coal and industrial boiler equipped with smoke-eliminated and dust-removed device. All can be adopted when the inlet condition are suitable, performance adaptable with max temperature not exceed 200â??.
Y5-48 series boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is designed to adapt to industrial boiler that various coal burning and with the installation of smoke prevention and dust control device, if all air inlet conditions is good and performance, is adapt, this machine can be used. In order to lower the fan flue gas dust content and improve the life of fan, the highest temperature should not exceed 250â??, dust and hard particles contained is no more than 150g/m3.

Virgin coconut oil (VCO) can be produced from fresh coconut meat, milk, or residue. Producing it from the fresh meat involves removing the shell and washing, then either wet-milling or drying the residue, and using a screw press to extract the oil. VCO can also be extracted from fresh meat by grating and drying it to a moisture content of 10–12%, then using a manual press to extract the oil. Producing it from coconut milk involves grating the coconut and mixing it with water, then squeezing out the oil. The milk can also be fermented for 36–48 hours, the oil removed, and the cream heated to remove any remaining oil. A third option involves using a centrifuge to separate the oil from the other liquids. Virgin coconut oil looks slightly different from ordinary coconut oil and this differentiation cannot be made with the naked eye. This difference is mainly due to the presence of certain colloidal and other particles and moisture within it. On the other hand, ordinary oil is refined and is mainly left with the fatty acids in it and almost nothing else. Ideally, virgin coconut oil should be as clear as water. However, its color may vary slightly depending upon its processing. Virgin coconut oil has a very good taste and smell, like that of fresh coconuts, since it is derived from fresh coconuts and is subjected to very low, if not totally nil, heat and sunlight. It is also not refined. This preserves all the natural goodness of this oil, including a high content of vitamin-E and minerals, which are otherwise almost completely robbed from ordinary coconut oil during processes like heating, filtration, refining, and bleaching, which are done to make it colorless and odorless. Furthermore, virgin coconut oil is very effective as a moisturizing agent. Its antioxidant properties are far better than those of normal coconut oil.
