Put preheated ink roll into the warehouse of coding machine, adjust heating temperature to 90 , run the ink coding machine and then you can print legible production date, weight, batch number, etc. On plastic films.
With the increasing of printing times, the ink in the ink roll is gradually reducing, there is no need to raise heating temperature if the printing effect is good;
On the contrary, if the printing effect is relatively poor, you should gradually raise the heating temperature of ink roll(5¬10 each time) up to 150 until using up the ink in it, based on the principle that the ink will not automatically drop during heating;
