75 mm biomass briquettes for stoves, fuels etc 20/30/50 KG Gunny Bag
-Biomass is a renewable source of energy, derived from burning animal and plant waste. Almost all industries (see extensive list), including agriculture, forestry, colleges/universities, municipalities, hotels, resorts, sports venues, hospitals and correctional facilities, produce waste that can be converted to heat and electricity. -A September 2017 report by the U.S. Energy Information Administration predicts that the capacity to create bioenergy will increase in 2018. - Diameter : 8.22 mm max - Length : 44mm max - Moisture : 8% max - Ash : 2% max - Calorie : 4200 - 4800 Kcal/h
90mm Jumbo fire briquettes are a large and efficient fuel source that offer several benefits for home heating and cooking. Made from compressed sawdust, Wood chips, and other natural materials, these briquettes provide a reliable and consistent source of heat that is free from harmful chemicals or additives. One of the main benefits of 90mm Jumbo fire briquettes is their large size, which allows for a longer burning time and a higher heat output compared to smaller briquettes. Additionally, they produce less smoke and ash, making them a cleaner and more convenient option. Furthermore, 90mm Jumbo fire briquettes are eco-friendly, as they are made from renewable resources and support sustainable waste management practices. Overall, these briquettes offer a high-performance and sustainable fuel option for home heating and cooking needs.
Biomass Briquettes 200 ton Soybean + Chana Biomass Briquettes (without bag packing) 1.GCV - 3800 +- 100 Kcal/kg 2.Ash - Less than 15% 3.Moisture - Less than 10%
High volumetric energy density Favourable dosing characteristics Lower water content in the fuel and therefore greater storage stability (less biodegradation) Option to use additives to change the chemical/material properties Less dust produced when handling High homogeneity of the fuel

Briquettes are made from biomass waste such as peanut shells, saw dust, coffee husk, rice husk etc. Packed in bags and pallets.Packing can be altered to customers specs.
Briquettes produced from briquetting of biomass are fairly good substitute for coal, lignite, firewood and offer numerous advantages. -briquettes are cheaper than coal, oil, lpg -there is no sulfur in briquettes. -bio mass briquettes have a higher practical thermal value and much lower ash content(2-10% compare to 20-40% in coal). -there is no fly ash in burning briquettes Briquettes have a consistent quality, have high burning efficiency are ideally sized for complete combustion. Combustion is more uniform compared to coal and boiler response to changes in steam requirements is faster due to higher quantity of volatile matter in briquettes. -briquettes are clean to handle and can be packed in bags for ease of handling and storage. -briquettes are usually produced near the consumption centers and supplies don´t depend on erratic transport from long distances. A popular biomass briquette emerging in developed countries takes a waste produce such as sawdust, groundnut shell etc compresses it and then extrudes it to make a reconsistuted log that can replace firewood. It is a similar process to forming a wood pellet but on a larger scale. There are no binders involved in this process. The natural lignin in the wood binds the particles of wood together to form a solid. Burning a wood briquette is far more efficient than burning firewood. Moisture content of a briquette can be as low as 4%, whereas green firewood may be as high as 65%. Use of biomass briquettes can earn carbon credits for reducing emissions in the atmosphere. Biomass briquettes also provide more calorific value/kg and save around 30-40 percent of boiler fuel costs. Depends on consumers requirment.
