Double helix gluten machine introduction: At the wheat starch production line, dough mixing, gluten separating and removing is the first important procedure, the double helix gluten machine made by henan doing machinery is based on various equipment at home and aboard, designed independently, and applied for a national patent. Now it is widely used in the wheat starch factory. Double helix gluten machine working process: (1) before start, add the water, then put the flour at one time.(the ratio of water to flour is two to one) water temperature about 20 degree. (2) knead dough: need 12 minutes, veering 5-6 minutes, inversion 5-6 minutes, then stop to let the dough not less than 12 minutes. (3) wash dough: after (2) steps, add the water about 15kg to hopper, start washing dough, 3 minutes later, stop the machine to discharge the batter. (4) the second washing time not exceed 5 minutes, and following 2 times could be longer. Above all, wash, discharge, filter, four times, then the gluten will be finished.
