VIETNAM DESICCATED COCONUT Desiccated Coconut is dried white, particulated or shredded product processed from the peeled kernel of seasoned coconut under hygienic processing conditions. It is used in the bakery and confectionary industry for fillings of nut bars, cookies, biscuits, sanding of cakes, pies, and so on. In terms of nutritional aspects, desiccated coconut contains the same nutritional substances as its raw coconut in the first place. Specifically, it provides a source of energy for immune system and antimicrobial defense, which then help consumers enhance their health conditions for diseases in general. Vietnamese desiccated coconut is dried, white in color, and has light fragrance of fresh natural coconut. The sizes and fat content are changed variously ranging from 0.3-5 mm and 25-65%, respectively.

Copra is the dried flesh of coconuts.Every adult coconut tree bears 50-75nuts that can be harvested, split withmachetes and left to dry in the sun.The copra is then scraped out of thehusk and gets to dry further on racks.Finally, it is packed in jute bags andtransported to a processing facility.
We are available to supply for edible or regular white copra with the best quality. Our copra has 5% of moisture, diameter 5 - 9 cm for edible, and fully sun dried. No fungus and no wringkle.
