These days, prices of rare earth materials improved significantly, and the level of rare earth material around the magnet is up to 40%. As a result of great brittleness of Sm2Co17 materials, it is not suitable for complex shapes and thin thickness disc or ring wall.Due to this character, there may be some appearance defects such as small chips during production, inspection and magnetizing process. However, it would not change its property; we consider them as qualified product. Magnetized SmCo products must be picked up carefully and gently during assemble process and kept away from ironware to avoid mutually attracting, causing chips and cracks. The rollers and ring are designed in inverted trapezium, which reduce the material's slip velocity between rollers and ring, extend grinding time, and enhance crushing effect. Secondly, the press spring with balancing pressurized function and the forming resilient connection with steady and vibration reducing function: Our machine adopts level principle. The symmetrical roller assembly is connected by horizontally placed spring rod. When the large material impact one roller assembly, the radial force may pass to another roller assembly which is on the plane of symmetry through spring rod to keep balance. Under this condition, the whole device's bearing is improved about 40% than others. The forming resilient connection can reduce the vibration and noise, and avoid resonance. Thirdly, the powder classifier adopts high density impeller which can increase powder precision and capacity. It is a proved fact that under fixed spindle speed, enhance the density of impeller is to enhance the fineness of final products. In other words, when the fineness of final product is fixed, the spindle speed of high density impeller is lower than the low density one, thus under the same power, the density one reduces resistance to air flow, the capacity is improved more than 50%. Fourthly, there is high-efficiency and energy-saving blower. The efficiency of prismatic blade equipped on the traditional machine is only 62%, but the efficiency of the energy saving blower whose impeller and blade are both stamping is 85%. Oxy-comm zirconia oxygen analyser description The oxy-comm zirconia oxygen analyser is designed for controlled atmosphere applications such as refrigerated transportation containers and fire prevention. The oxy-comm zirconia oxygen analyser combines a high accuracy zirconium dioxide oxygen sensor with a networkable, fault tolerant rs485 interface. The oxygen analyser is mounted under a stainless steel hood to protect it from the environment. The ip65 waterproof die-cast aluminium housing accommodates the electronics and has a 4-pole m12 connector to allow multiple devices to be interconnected. The oxygen sensor inside oxy-comm uses a unique closed loop measurement system. While oxy-comm continuously measures the oxygen level, a heartbeat signal is also generated providing an immediate warning of any failures. Due to the innovative design, the oxy-comm zirconia oxygen analyser does not require a reference gas. Low drift means these products do not require frequent calibration but when they do, it is an extremely simple process which can be performed in fresh air which means there is no need for expensive calibration gases. The oxy-comm zirconia oxygen analyser has an 8 to 15vdc supply voltage range with reverse polarity and transient overvoltage protection. The oxygen analyser is barometric pressure compensated and can be calibrated in fresh air (20.7% o2) or to any other known o2 concentration.
