ES fiber is a sheath-core composite fiber obtained by successfully combining low-melting components and high-melting components on a single fiber. It has excellent thermal bonding properties. The low melting point component in ES fiber melts under heat treatment conditions higher than its melting point, and bond with other materials to form a binder-free environmentally and friendly non-woven fabric. ES fiber has various advantages such as soft, fluffy, low-temperature processing, heat-bonding, plasticity, non-toxic, non-irritating, and lightweight. It is mainly used to manufacture high-quality sanitary products such as sanitary napkins and diapers. And it is also high-quality materials used to make medical products such as medical protective cloth and medical protective masks, and so on. There are two main types of ES fibers. The first kind is a composite of PE and PP. Its sheath layer is PE (polyethylene, melting point 130°C), and its core layer is PP (polypropylene, melting point 165°C). The second kind is a composite of PE and PE. Its sheath layer is PE, and the core layer is PET (polyester, melting point 255â??), which is an upgraded version of PE/PP. ES is divided into EP and ET in terms of material and functionally divided into the hydrophilic, water-repellent, hydrophilic, and weak parent, single parent, multi-parent.In addition, it also can be divided into whitening, general whitening, high holding, medium holding, and low holding. The specifications are 1.5D38mm, 2D38mm, 4D51mm, and so on. In the future, the trend will gradually develop towards fine deniers. To suit the requirements of water purification, modern approach is to filtering huge volumes of water contaminated with many organic and inorganic contaminants but in form of blocks along with reverse osmosis, UV irradiation, mineral addition, etc. Carbon blocks are engineered and manufactured using compression molding or extrusion for different applications such as dechlorination, bad taste and odour removal, chloramines and organic materials removal, VOC removal, heavy metal removal, etc. Carbon blocks provide effective and versatile filtration for a wide range of different applications such as sediment and chemical removal. - Manufactured from coconut shell based low ash, micro porous Activated Carbon. - Designed to be used in most standard size housings. - High adsorptive capacity & high Iron, HMR & VOC removal Capacity - Simultaneously removes chlorine, bad taste, odour and organic contaminants from water. - Provides particular filtration and high dirt capacity. Size & Diameter can be customised as per the Buyers requirements
Activated carbon has very high capacity to adsorb organics, inorganics, bad taste and odour material. Adsorption capacity is enhance by modifications such as acid washing because this modification removes the acid soluble inorganic materials from the carbon and make it more porous, efficient and useful for various liquid process applications such as waste water treatment, water purification, decolourisation process in chemical and pharmaceutical industries, food and beverage industry for many purposes such as decolourization of sugar, dechlorination, decaffeination, purification of organic compounds, etc. Some of the benefits of Acid Wash carbon include Dechlorination of water, better taste, removal of bad odors, removal of color from water, removal of organic substances, etc. Available in different mess Size as per customer requirement.
One of the main applications of granular activated carbon is the purification of water. Its function is the retention of organic contaminants and the elimination, by chemical reaction, of the free residual chlorine that remains in the water after the disinfection stage. In order to inhibit bacterial growth, the surface of the carbon is impregnated with 0.1% metallic silver to make carbon bacteriostatic using ionic silver to enable it to bind strongly with carbon surface to make it suitable to function and purify large volumes of water. - High efficiency - Negligible silver leaching - No health hazards to humans - No loss in Bacteriostatic property up to 6000 litres water - Available in Granular and block form
Mercury and its compounds are cumulative toxins that are harmful even when taken in very small amounts. Itâ??s unique properties allow widespread applications across the paper and pulp industry, chemical processors, & other various manufacturers. Activated carbons are an excellent solution to control the widespread discharge of elemental mercury and its salts. Flexus Global provides Specially designed Carbon to treat a variety of flue gas compositions, high adsorption capacity for many pollutants with exceptional mercury removal rates and low carbon usage. Most commonly used adsorbents for removal of pollutants and treatment of wastewater. Available in Different Mesh Sizes.
Carbon monoxide (CO) is a very toxic gas with TLV of 35 ppm and it is to be removed from the air in mines, enclosed spaces, fire breaking places. Active carbon can not hold the CO due to physisorption and therefore palladium impregnated carbon was developed which became even more active due to high RH. This again one of the very specialized carbon exported by us for air purification and CO removal. It almost works like the turn over catalyst and offers very high protection against CO. This carbon has High Surface area providing almost offers endless protection against CO, Works in any RH but becomes more active at high RH.
Formaldehyde and other aldehydes are the main pollutants in indoor air. Formaldehydes are mainly obtained from paint, polymerizing plates, bindings, chemical fibers and even cigarette smoke Activated carbon adsorbents are the most promising adsorbents when adsorption of traces of gases and vapors is concerned. Our impregnated activated carbons offer effective chemisorption of formaldehyde from air.
Whetlerite carbons are Cu, Cr and Ag impregnated activated carbons used for respiratory protection against super toxic nerve, blister, blood and choking agents in the military. Whetlerite carbons are used in nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) filters for collective protection, and in NBC canisters, as part of individual gas masks, for personal protection. Flexus Global exports impregnation of active carbon and whetlerite carbon to various countries.
Activated carbon, also known as activated charcoal, is a highly porous form of carbon with a large surface area. It is created by processing carbon-rich materials, such as coconut shells, wood, or coal, at high temperatures to activate their adsorption properties. Activated carbon is widely used for adsorption and purification processes, including water treatment, air purification, and removal of contaminants from gases and liquids. It is known for its ability to adsorb a wide range of impurities, including toxins, pollutants, and odors.
