HIPS Regrind from post consumer materials Thermoplastic PS has two representatives as GPPS and HIPS resin. In particular, PS HIPS plastic is more popular thanks to many advantages and applications. PS HIPS belongs to the group of hard, transparent resins that are easy to color, machined by suction lamination method and easy injection technology. Common HIPS applications: In packaging technology, it is used as a single-layer packaging for products that do not require strict antioxidant requirements. Make coating HIPS plastic film to increase water vapor and gas resistance. Making a printing surface to increase printing ability, making the outer plastic packaging with the ability to tear easily and create gloss. Making bottle caps, pen cases, jewelry boxes, beer tanks, fresh food containers. Making pharmaceutical bottles, pipes, cap for solvent containers. Making high-frequency insulating materials, insulation clamps. Making imitation leather sandals, textile packaging. Pressing students' tables and chairs, pressed motorcycle details, yogurt cup, plastic candy tray. Nickel-based heat-resistant alloys Category:Nickel alloy casting Nickel-based heat-resistant alloys is a kind of nickel-based alloy, and the common grades are GH738, GH4738 etc. Product Description Nickel-based heat-resistant alloys is a nickel-based alloy. There are many different classifications of nickel-based alloy. Heat-resistant alloy is a material that can be used at high temperatures. For example, chemical and chemical equipment in the petrochemical field, atomic power generation in the energy field, comprehensive utilization of coal and other fields. The main elements of nickel-based heat-resistant alloys are nickel and chromium, and some other elements are also added to improve the solid solution strengthening of the alloy. They can still have high strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, and are often used in similar aircraft engines. and other high-temperature parts on the equipment. Nickel-based alloys can dissolve more elements in them, and can still maintain good organizational stability after dissolving the elements. The representative Incoloy alloy series is resistant to corrosion and creep resistance. It can also be used in Stress cracking is prevented to a certain extent.

Galvanised Iron (GI) Pipes are manufactured using mild steel strips of Low Carbon Steel Coils. The strips are passed through a series of fin rolls to give them a circular shape. The slit ends of the strips are then welded together by continuously passing high frequency electric current across the edges. The welded steel pipes are then passed through sizing sections where any dimensional deviations are corrected. The pipes are then cut into desired lengths by automatic cutting machines. The tubes are then pressure tested for any leaks randomly. The galvanization and varnishing of pipes are done as per specific requirements. The GI Pipes are generally used for distribution of treated or raw water in rural or urban areas. These pipes are cheaper, light weight and easy to handle.
