This blender series have the characteristics of universal round plate turbine blender. The difference is the change of the leave's section shape,as to increase the pump transferring capability of the blender, improve the performance of dispersion and media. The operation condition is the same with the universal round plate turbine blender. Flow state:The flat blade impeller and curved blade impeller are radial flow. When there is baffle, the upper and down circulating flows can be formed from the blade boundary. The opposite pitched subsidiary blade impeller has an axial shunt. The capacity mixing of liquid above and below the disc is worse than the open turbine impeller.
Modified silica sol refers to a type of colloidal solution where silica nanoparticles are suspended in a liquid medium, typically water. These silica nanoparticles are modified or functionalized with various organic or inorganic compounds to alter their surface properties and enhance their performance in different applications. The modification process can involve chemically bonding organic molecules to the surface of the silica particles, which can impart specific functionalities such as hydrophobicity, oleophobicity, or compatibility with certain polymers or solvents. Inorganic modifications may include incorporating metal oxides or other nanoparticles to enhance properties like catalytic activity or mechanical strength. Modified silica sols find widespread use in various industries such as coatings, adhesives, sealants, composites, and catalysts. They offer advantages like improved dispersion, adhesion, and compatibility, making them valuable additives in many formulations.
The MK/ IDM 300 mixer line with removable bowl has been built using the most advanced manufacturing technologies, combining experience, operating safety, and simplicity of use in a single machine. The mixture capacity of mixers is between 160 and 300 kg. The machine frame is made of thick steel structural work, treated with liquid paint. The head raising and lowering and bowl trolley connect/release are automated by a hydraulic circuit, which also ensures perfect head and trolley locking, preventing horizontal and vertical component oscillations. The stainless steel bowl protection is the closed type. A ring made of polyzene for food use is secured around the protection. Bowl closure during work prevents the dispersion of powders while maintaining a healthy work environment. Bowl rotation by means of friction wheel with thrust spring for increased traction in any conditions of use
Everflon FEP Aqueous Dispersion Everflon FEP D50 is an off-white aqueous fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) dispersion stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It is a general-purpose dispersion that can be used to impart some the unique properties of FEP to end products that would be difficult to make using traditional melt extrusion processes. It can be used to coat or impregnate porous structures, or to make thin films. It can be coated and melt bonded to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin or used as a hot melt adhesive. The FEP resin in Everflon FEP D50 is a melt flowable thermoplastic, providing superior properties typical of fluoroplastic resins: retention of properties after service at 204 °C (400 °F) and useful properties at 240 °C (400 °F). Everflon FEP D50 aqueous dispersion provides: Inertness to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents Stability at high temperatures Excellent dielectric properties Excellent weatherability Application Heat-sealable top coatings for PTFE-coated fabrics for belting, circuit boards, architectural fabrics, and electrical insulation Cast film for capacitor dielectrics or chemical barriers Hot melt adhesive for PTFE, PFA, and FEP parts Metal coatings Processing Conventional dip or flow techniques can be used for coating or impregnating high temperature fabrics, fibers, and other products with Everflon FEP D50. A FEP resin coating on woven fabrics made of fiberglass, fiber, or other high-temperature resistant fibers, can be made by dip coating. Successive passes may be necessary to build the desired thickness to produce a smooth, crack-free coating. Each coating layer is usually dried to remove water (typically at 120 °C [250°F]), baked to remove the wetting agent (typically at 270 °C [518 °F]), and then heated above the crystalline melting point of the resin particles (approximately 265 °C [509 °F]). If the Everflon FEP D50 is being used as a top coat over a PTFE-coated fabric or other parts, the coating must be heated to melt the PTFE (approximately 337 °C [639 °F]) to maximize adhesion. Other solid or liquid ingredients can be added to Everflon FEP D50 to provide specific processing or finished product behavior

EverFlon ®PTFE Dispersion Fine Powder F500 is a soft white polymer made from a water-based dispersion of PTFE. These fine powders have the lowest coefficient of friction, highest heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical properties and non-stick properties of all fluoropolymers. It has the unique ability to shear a lubricating paste by extruding it into a bonded fiber matrix with useful structural integrity. EverFlon ®PTFE F500 is designed for machining at medium and high pressure rates from 100:1 to 600:1. It is particularly suitable for the production of high quality tubes, spiral tubes and wire coatings. This grade is also well suited for post-processing techniques such as flanging, welding, blow molding and turning. Processing suggestion EverFlon ®PTFE F500 is extruded using liquid processing AIDS such as naphtha. During the paste extrusion process, the powder is mixed with a lubricating agent and then compressed under light pressure (1.5-2.0 MPa[220-290 psi]) into a cylindrical pre-formed bad material. The preformed blank is placed into the barrel of the paste extruder, where the composition is passed through a finishing die under high pressure to produce foaming, tubing or wire coating. After extrusion, the product has a low density but coherent fiber structure. PTFE F500 is usually processed under heat in a step-by-step process into solid resin products, such as tubes. Heating is carried out in two steps, either simultaneously with extrusion or separately. Usually the lubricant must be removed first by heating in a temperature range of 100-300°C(212-572°F). A sintering step is then performed to melt the resin above its melting point of approximately 342°(648°F) and produce a non-porous solid PTFE resin.

Iron Oxide Pigment For Mortar Iron oxide pigments produce vibrant, long-lasting colors in concrete and other cementitious materials. Iron oxide pigments are light resistant, insoluble and alkali resistant. This means that iron oxide pigments do not deteriorate over time and are easily visible in concrete. Due to their small size, ten times smaller than cement particles, iron oxide pigments are dispersed in the mixture, embedded in the cement matrix and give a uniform coloring appearance. When used in standard dosages, iron oxide pigments do not affect the strength or ease of concrete. They offer many benefits to concrete contractors, architects, ready-mix concrete producers and manufacturers of precast concrete products. Iron oxide pigments can greatly enhance the value of concrete. By adding color, concrete is more attractive and offers color-related properties such as solar reflectivity. Chengyu Colors uses only the highest quality synthetic iron oxides to mix dry, liquid and granular pigments for concrete and mortar colors. Chengyu Colors provides industry-leading iron oxide pigments, automatic dispensers and customer service to ready-mix concrete producers, architectural precast concrete producers or block and paver manufacturers.
