It is a late-bearing fruit that is also referred to as the "long pistachio," and it is harvested in late September. The skin of the green kernel is discolored and drab. Max. 5% moisture, max. 2.5% C/M, max. 2.5% semi-open are the maximum values for the standard sorted Akbari pistachio. Ahmad Aghaei The category of long pistachios includes Ahmad Aghaei pistachios.
