Upon seller receives the payment for the product from the buyer, the seller issues to the buyer the Title ownership of the product and all exporting documents of the Product. The seller pays all Intermediaries involved in the transaction Transaction Procedure TTO/OPL/STS 1. Buyer accepts the seller's offer/Procedure, and Buyer will issue an ICPO, CP and Passport Copy. 2. The seller will issue MOU, Cargo Marine Insurance Bid Bond to Buyer for Securing the Vessel and Title Transfer ownership. All parties sign NCNDA/IMFPA. 3.
