The automatic control system of the water jacket heating furnace can be divided into two control modes: burner local control and station control room control, which can be applied to various types of water jacket heating furnaces. It is mainly composed of pneumatic control valve, gas emergency cut-off valve, water bath temperature controller, extinguishing automatic protector and other components.which can change according to the outlet temperature requirement of the heated medium and the change of temperature and flow into the reheating furnace. In the absence of external power supply, the burner output power can be automatically adjusted to ensure that the temperature of the heated medium meets the process requirements. When the water heating furnace is in abnormal conditions, and master fire is flameout, the control system can automatically cut off the fuel gas source and protect the the safety of the furnace body. Brief description: The Gas Separator separates free gas from fluid prior to entering pumps and helps avoid costly pump damage. The Gas Separator was designed to provide a method of allowing gas to separate out of the solution and migrate up the annulus, preventing gas locking of the down-hole pump.
