Ferro silicon is a ferro silicon alloy made from coke, steel scraps, and quartz (or silica) smelted in an electric furnace. Used as a deoxidizer and alloying agent in the steelmaking industry. Used as an inoculant and spheroidizing agent in the cast iron industry. Adding a certain amount of ferro silicon in the iron casting process can prevent the formation of carbides in the iron and promote the precipitation and spheroidization of graphite. Ferro silicon75( Fesi75) is the main raw material for the production of magnesium, and the consumption per ton is about 1.1 tons. The ground or atomized ferrosilicon powder can be used as a suspended phase in the beneficiation industry, and can be used as a coating for welding rods in the welding rod manufacturing industry.

Ferro Silicon Ferro Silicon has a melting point of 1200°C to 1250°C with a boiling point of 2355°C and Ferro Silicon contains about 2% of calcium and alluminium. Ferro Silicon, as an additive to the production process of ferrous metals, will impart several desirable properties upon the resultant alloy. Some of the primary benefits of adding Ferro Silicon to an alloy is to improve the corrosion resistant properties of the new compound, as well as to add to the high temperature heat- resistance properties of the new alloy, for example, in the production of silicon steel for use in transformer cores. Ferro Silicon is an atomised alloy, which is formed by combining iron and silicon with a silicon content range of 15% to 90%. Ferro Silicon is a universal “heat-blocker” used in the production of carbon and stainless steels.

Silicon manganese alloy(Mnsi65-17) is an alloy composed of manganese, silicon, iron and a small amount of carbon and other elements. Silicon manganese alloy is an iron alloy with a wide range of uses and a large output. Silicon manganese alloy(Mnsi65-17) is a commonly used compound deoxidizer for steelmaking, and it is also a reducing agent for the production of low carbon ferro manganese and electro-silicon thermal production of metallic manganese. Silicon and manganese in silicon manganese alloys have a strong affinity for oxygen. The use of silicon-manganese alloy in steelmaking, resulting in deoxidation, with low melting point, large particles, easy to float, deoxidation effect and other advantages. Silicon-manganese alloy(Mnsi65-17) plays an alloying role on the properties of steel in the form of alloying elements. The proportion of slag agent and aluminum liquid is 1:500 5.Open the drain valve and the aluminum water flows automatically to the ingot production line After the ingot casting is completed, the ingot stacking robot will stack the ingots, which means the production is completed.
